Bowl , Science Olympiad
Geography Bee
The GeoBee is a competition regarding
Geographic knowledge. The students answer questions in 7 rounds. The 2
students with the highest scores in each grade level compete in the finals. GeoBee will take place Thursday, January 8, 2009 in Mrs. Olsen's Room 209.

Olympiad 
Congrats to the Team on placing 5th in the State Competition on
Sat. April 26th!
Congrats to our Science Olympiad Team for placing first at
Regionals on Sat., March 1!
A school assembly was held Friday, April 25 to wish the team good luck!
Band
Students below participated in a solo
and ensemble event held at St. Matthew School in which students prepared a solo with their
private teachers and rehearsed with a pianist. During the event they played this solo in
front of parents, fellow students and a judge who gave them comments and written feedback
about their performances. The event was to help the students gain confidence as
musicians.
