Traffic Procedures

Morning Arrival Drop-off:

* Enter parking lot via Mayfair and proceed, single file, down the first drive
   in front of school.
* Pull all the way forward to the Parish Center and stop.
* When stopped, drop students off along the entire length of the driveway.
* Proceed around the circular drive and exit via Mayfair.
* If you wish to walk your child into school, you may park in the parking lot
   using the Lincolnshire entrance.
* Remember to walk with your child(ren) on the sidewalk around the circular
   drive in front of the Church, Parish Center, and School.
* Please do not cross the traffic in front of the school.
* Please do not drop students off in the parking lot of the new gym.

Afternoon Dismissal Pick-Up:

* Parents will park in the main church parking lot.  
* Please enter the lot from the west at the Mayfair entrance,
   and exit through the north at the Linconshire exit. 
* Try to keep backing out to a minimum when students are walking with parents
   in the parking lot.
* Students will be dismissed through the following doors:
    Kindergarten students in front of parish center doors on sidewalk in circle drive.
    First graders in front of church on the sidewalk in circle drive.
    Second graders in front of school on the sidewalk in circle drive.
    3rd-5th graders - main entrance
    6th-8th graders - furthest west door
* All parents should meet their children at their assigned dismissal door.
* Parents will be responsible for escorting their children to their parked cars.
* Students not picked up by 2:40 will be taken to ECP.
* Please keep pets in the car.

For the safety of all, please drive slowly in and out of the parking lot and remember using a cell phone while driving in a school zone is prohibited.
