My family moved to Champaign two years ago. My husband, Mitch and I have three children, two of whom will attend Saint Matthew this coming school year. I am eager to be back in the classroom after staying home with our youngest child. I have a degree in elementary education and have over ten years of teaching experience ranging from pre-k to sixth grade. Before moving to Champaign, I was a second grade teacher at The Frances Xavier Warde School in Chicago. My husband was prior Navy so I've had the opportunity to teach from coast to coast. I taught at the Naval Academy Primary School in Annapolis as a pre-k teacher and a resource teacher. I've also taught as a third grade teacher in San Diego and as a kindergarten teacher in Minneapolis. I love working with children and look forward to joining the second grade team.
